We recommend that you store your cake in the fridge until 1-2 hours before serving.
All inedible decorations ie. cake topper, fresh flowers and foliage must be removed before cutting your cake.
For extended height cakes (6 layers) you will find a "half way board" inside the cake. Cut the top half of your cake first, remove the board and then cut the bottom half.
All cakes that are more than one tier will be doweled for support. These dowel rods will need to be removed before cutting.
If there are leftovers, wrap cake in cling film and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
